4K UHD Lacking Titles

Hello,
I was just getting ready to purchase a 16TB drive and begin a 200 4K-UHD disc collection.
However, after looking into the available selection of titles and doing some research, this doesn't even seem possible for me. Currently, there are only about 30 titles (at best) that appeal to me, and it seems like most titles will not get a 4K-UHD release.
I thought about having a 200 disc movie collection that is an even mix of standard HD and 4K-UHD blu-rays. For example, 100 standard HD and 100 4K-UHD blu-rays. Although, this isn't really ideal to me and would rather just stick with one format. Plus, there isn't even 100 4K-UHD titles out there for me.
Going with 200 standard HD Blu-rays would really makes things easy for me. That is, since I can just get an 8TB SSD and there are more than 200 titles out there that appeal to me. At the same time, I really would like to have 4K-UHD collection instead since I plan on getting a 75" 4K display for my PC. The downside of this for me is I would need a 16TB HDD and there probably will never be 200 titles that appeal to me.
Does anyone of have any ideas for the future of 4K-UHD titles? I would appreciate any ideas as it could help me decide on things.
I'm interested in titles that were released after the year 2000 to current. To name a few, titles such as,
Clash Of The Titans
The Crazies
It Follows
Fool's Gold
The Hangover
Knocked Up
Moulin Rouge
Piranha
Sahara
Tintin
Unknown
Wedding Crashers
World War Z
Wrong Turn (2003)
Yes Man
