Sing 4K UHD | Volume Key Unknown, Video Can't be Decrypted

Post by joeyfun »

Hello fellow MakeMKV members and rippers,

I just bought Sing on 4K from Amazon and when I try ripping it, I get the following error. I've never gotten this error before on ANY drive. I own 3 other ones. This is my main that works on discs that sometimes my other drives don't. I've ripped over 300+ Blu-rays/4K's on this drive. If you have any suggestions, it would greatly be appreciated.
