I have had an issue with two of the most recent 4K movies giving an error of "Failed to open disc". I reinstalled MakeMKV, tried a ton of older/last year 4k UHD discs and Blu-rays which all have no issues. The Blu-ray versions of Dune and Ghostbusters went through no problem but when trying the 4k UHD disc I get the error. Is there an issue with the file read on these newly released 4K UHD discs?

Have you read the UHD FAQ, with special attention to key errors?

I think some of the newest ones aren't in the hashed keys table yet.
