It's been a full week since I sent in the dump, and the volume key still isn't updated. I just saw a post in the Halloween Kills thread that someone has been waiting two weeks on that title.
I appreciate that Mike gets busy, but I'm becoming increasingly concerned. Hope everything is okay.

Just checked MakeMKV (US, EST, 1148 01/26/2022). This doesn't seem to have been resolved yet.
Can we get this fixed, please?

You have both disc and power trouble
Hardware time out on logical unit is power issue
Medium errors are disc fist try giving the drive more power use 2 USB cables or buy a high powered USB hub
Then clean the disc
