Black Panther - unable to rip disc

I am running into errors, below, when I try to copy a a 4K UDH disc of Black Panther using MakeMKV 1.16.5 on a Windows 11 machine. Any help to resolve this would be appreciated. I have tried cleaning the disk multiple times, restarting the software and my machine, and nothing seems to work.

I see the following info in the sidebar:

You should never be seeing those messages on UHD disc that means your drive lost power and libre drive is only half activated you will need to full unplug the drive and try again you may need a high power USB hub make sure your plugging both cables in
