Hello everyone, I was able to get the key for Jaws UHD from the KEYDB.cfg file where I checked the hash and everything checks out. However, when I try to open the disc with MakeMKV, it still results in "The volume key is unknown for this disc". I put the KEYDB.cfg file in the MakeMKV directory and it is up to date. It looks like MakeMKV is not reading the KEYDB.cfg file at all. I also submitted the dump for it (6 days ago), but no luck with that which is why I tried the KEYDB.cfg file as it has the key. Any ideas? Thanks.

Makemkv has its own keys do not put other keys in it.
You just have to wait untill it is added to makemkvs keys.

I get that, but the UHD FAQ says that the KEYDB.cfg file can be added which is why I thought that would work. It doesn't allow that anymore?

Not sure I have always done it though sdf/HK in the private data.tar folder

Yea, all of my UHD blurays were ripped through MakeMKV's keys so far, but have 3 that still aren't supported (one of them 2 months). Just thought KEYDB.cfg file would help me with the few that can't be decrypted at the moment by MakeMKV.

EDIT: Two of them decrypted now, but not zombieland UHD
