Speed UHD Disc Is not Decrypting

The Speed UHD 4k disc (Ultimate Collectors Edition) is not decrypting. App can’t seem to find the right encryption keys for the disk. Disc was related in May 2021 so it’s not a new release.

What do you see in the Info window, particularly about whether or not your system is able to access the access key file?

This is what I see:
MakeMKV v1.16.4 win(x64-release) started
Using LibreDrive mode (v06.2 id=F8B3C9080B22)
Using direct disc access mode
Loaded content hash table, will verify integrity of M2TS files.
Saved AACS dump file as C:\Users\gcbea/.MakeMKV/MKB20_v76_Speed_72F7.tgz
The volume key is unknown for this disc - video can't be decrypted
Failed to open disc

The following applies to your situation:
MakeMKV says that "the volume key is unknown for this disc"?
MakeMKV produces an AACS .tgz dump file whenever you try to open a disc for which the key is unknown, and will report that the dump has been created. Email the dump file to
svq@makemkv.com.
