Hi Guys,

Please consider I am a learner and answer my request. I have ripped my 4k DV discs in full disc(decrypted) format and stored them on a USB drive. I connected this drive to OPPO-203 and started clicking on the name of the movie folder, and it starts in HDR 10 format. I also tried copying the three folders to a subfolder AVCHD and playing back. But still, I see it playing HDR 10. Would you please suggest to me what I am missing here? I appreciated your help!!

what does the rest of your playback chain look like and how’re they connected?

Oppo-203->Denon AVR->Sony A9G. Attached a USB drive to OppO-203.

A couple things to troubleshoot first. With the same connections, do DV discs playback in DV or also just in HDR? If not, try connecting the oppo straight to the TV to rule out an AVR issue.
