When I try to open the disc it says there is not AACS 2.1 but the disc only shows a few chapters, not the full disc.

Can you make a decrypted backup of the disc? https://makemkv.com/faq/item/4

If you can make a backup, then the disc can be correctly read. If MakeMKV can't make a backup, then the log will be interesting.

Where is the log saved? Because it says someting about an error and to close the makemkv

In MakeMKV's preferences, on the general tab, make sure 'Log debug messages' is checked.

When you start MakeMKV, in the bottom section of the window, you'll see a few lines like this:
