That explains a lot. I'm assuming you can't just copy / paste the disc files via OS either? Sorry, new to the game.

I'm not quite sure what you're asking here… UHDs are encrypted (as a are blu-rays and DVDs). The developer of MakeMKV needs certain data from the disc to generate a decryption key so MakeMKV can decrypt and rip the movie. In the absence of that key (or by your own choice), you can make an encrypted backup of the disc onto your computer. You can use MakeMKV again later (when a key is available) to decrypt the encrypted backup and produce a .mkv file.

Still patiently waiting to decrypt this disc.

As you are new, I'll ask. Have you submitted your dump? There can be many different keys. And other issues.

Yes, I submitted the keys last Tuesday (on release day). I didn't mention it as others have done so earlier in this thread. I got mine at Best Buy and it is the 4K version of In The Line of Fire.

Still not working on US version. submitted dump.

I also submitted a dump last Wednesday June 16th.
