I tried ripping Ender's Game 4K, but got an error key not known. saw the dump file was created and have seen i am suppose to send that file to eventually get the hash keys for it. But i cant see the file , the folder 351 says there are 0 items in it too. not sure what to do

If it is "not there" when you use the path shown in the log, your operating system may be hiding things on you. Make sure that the MakeMKV data directory (set in Preferences->General) isn't in a system area.
