Can someone tell me if this disc can be ripped? I've not had problems with other UHDs

Using direct disc access mode
Loaded content hash table, will verify integrity of M2TS files.
Saved AACS dump file as D://MKB20_v68_John_Wick_3-_Parabellum_5D1B.tgz
The volume key is unknown for this disc - video can't be decrypted
Failed to open disc

Did you read the UHD FAQ and did you email the dump file to svq@makemkv.com?

E-mailed the dump file last weekend. It is working now.
