I keep getting this message and failed to open when trying to rip TOP GUN & KNIVES OUT UHD’s.
I’ve already sent the dumps twice to svq email and still having the issue.
Any fix for this?
Thanks

When you start a rip with MakeMKV, so you see any messages about not being able to download the latest hash key file?

Do you get sdf download failed or disabled errors?

When did you send in the dumps? It can take a week or two (or longer on occasion) for a key to be added.

Sent on the 21st of last month.
I even sent a dump for DUNKIRK on October and I’m still getting the same log error as these two discs.

Try your luck at contacting Mike (owner/developer of MakeMKV) at:
support@makemkv.com
With
all error and dump logs and a link to this post to see if he can assist further. He can get very busy at times, but it’s worth a shot.

And just to confirm, you do have "Enable Internet access" checked in Tools / Preferences / General?
