Also, do I have to do anything special to get the Dolby Vision?

The one marked "FPL_MainFeature" includes chapters, otherwise (probably) identical to the other 58.6 GB title.

The smaller titles are "special features". The ~22GB title is the "play all special features" option.

Since video tracks are not a selection option, if DV is present in a title, you get it.
