Mulan 4K USA - Rip Not Working

Mulan 4K USA rip isn't working. The playback is dithered and jumbled.
I'm running MakeMKV v1.15.3 win (x64-release).
Any ideas on how to correct this? Thank you

Nvidia Shield TV Pro. My other 4K UHD movies are playing fine.

Does the file work correctly in a different player? For instance, in VLC (
https://www.videolan.org/vlc/) or MPV (
https://mpv.io) on your computer?
Did you post process the file in some way?

UPDATE:
Yes, Mulan 4K USA works on a different player. I'm in the process of resetting my Nvidia Shield TV Pro.
