Bloodshot UHD

Has anyone been able to get this one ripped? Originally it said it was encripted and would not open, so I sent the dump file in...now I get this
error (new log sent). I am running the latest Beta on Windows 10. My drive has worked flawlessly with 4k rips in the past.
