My first 4K UHD Rip

I just patched my drive the other day to 3.10 and purchased a 4K UHD drive off eBay and was sealed and new.
When I try to rip this I get the following error.
Is this a bad disk as it is my only 4K UHD, but a normal Bluray will work ok.
