Blade Runner 4K will not open.

When attempting to open the 4K UHD Blade Runner disc, I get this error message:
MakeMKV v1.14.7 darwin(x64-release) started
Profile parsing error: default profile missing, using builtin default
Optical drive "DVD+R-DL HL-DT-ST DVDRW GS31N TA17d" opened in OS access mode.

Using LibreDrive mode (v05 id=64754CF46FCA)
Loaded content hash table, will verify integrity of M2TS files.
Saved AACS dump file as /Users/pbarker/Library/MakeMKV/MKB20_v61_Blade_Runner-_The_Final_Cut_18AD.tgz
The volume key is unknown for this disc - video can't be decrypted
Failed to open disc.

Same applies to you. Posting the file in the forum is of no help as no one here can do anything with that file. Only the developer can.

Forum search function works. Use it. It will often quickly provide answers to these common errors and/or questions as well.

Additionally, make sure you are connected to the internet and in the app settings you've allowed it to connect to MakeMKV server(s) as also discussed in the first linked post.

Have you been able to rip your disk yet? I've been having issues with my copy too, submitted my error file on jan 15th and it still won't rip.

Still can't rip mine. I've tried two different discs, same results.
Submitted the support tickets with requested support materials, no response yet.
