MEG UHD - Failed to open disc

Hallo guys,
I cannot rip or open the MEG UHD. The following error is displayed. Can someone help me.
Saved AACS dump file as C: ... \MKB20_v66_The_Meg_2CEB.tgz
The volume key is unknown for this disc - video can't be decrypted

Have you sent the dump file to
svq@makemkv.com yet?

Yes I sent it at the same time yesterday. How long will it take?

People have usually reported being able to rip disks within a day or so of submitting the dump file via email.

No one ever gets a response when submitting the required dumps for key support. We all just have to wait for them to be added to the database.

It's automatic. Assuming you have "Allow contacting web server for updates" checked on the General preferences tab, a check for SDF/HK updates is performed on MakeMKV startup & updates are reported in the status pane.

Okay thanks. The settings are correct but it still doesn't work. Then just waiting helps.
