Problem with the disc is after it decrypts the files as soon as you start removing subs,etc it collapses back to the first screen and all files are lost.
I had to clean the disc at the beginning because it was throwing up read and hash errors but after cleaning it seemed to be ok but as I have stated above it wasn't.
I'm leaning towards a faulty disc but would like to hear other ideas

After about 6-8 attempts I finally managed to get this copied. I used ecomoist,let it lie in hot water with washing up liquid and finally pledge furniture polish. K
