Hi, I am having trouble ripping a US Detective Pikachu UHD. Makemkv fails to decrypt it and says the volume key cannot be found. It was purchased on black friday from Walmart.com and came with a slip, so I am assuming this is the same normal UHD that has been out a while. I submitted a dump file to the email listed in the faq last thusrday, but the disc still fails to open today. I have also checked that MakeMKV is set to download from server, and even copied the hashed key file into the directory to no avail. I will attach a copy of the dump to this topic. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
