Error 'Scsi error - HARDWARE ERROR:TIMEOUT ON LOGICAL UNIT' occurred while reading '/AACS/Content000.cer' at offset '0'
Failed to load content hash table, unable to verify integrity of M2TS files.

Nothing is going to decode if the drive goes off-line.

First trouble-shooting thing would be to reset the drive hardware, which usually means powering off the computer, and restarting it.
