Hello,
I just got a copy of Pokémon Detective Pikachu in UHD Version. As I tried to open the disk in MKV I get an Error (Der Volumenschlüssel für die DVD/Blu-ray ist unbekannt - das Video kann nicht entschlüsselt werden). It means Volumekey is unknown - video can't be decrypted.
Does anyone know what to do?

I use the ASUS BW-16D1HT with Firmware 3.02 and I have saved over 30 UHD Blurays with it.

Your log window should have mentioned a dump file being created, and included the full file name of the file. That file should be submitted to svq@makemkv.com so that a volume key can be found.

Additionally, forum search function works. Use it to search for errors. It will hell you find answers to questions already discussed more quickly. This error has been discussed hundreds of times and exactly what to do in detail.
