I've started receiving "Automatic SDF downloading is disabled or failed" and "Automatic HK downloading is disabled or failed" on UHD disks for some reason. Got it on new disks Spiderman Far From Home and MIB International so I tried a disk I had already backed up successfully, Hunter Killer and it still happened. Tried stopping firewall, uninstall/reintall, different versions and same result. Any ideas? Regular Blu-rays are fine.

I am having same issue since Saturday.
I pinged the 208 XXXX address, looks ok, then I tried Windows diagnostic .
It says the hkdatastore.tk is online, but not responding, probably due to firewall etc.

There appear to be lots of DNS issues. See the link I posted just before your post as people have been discussing the issue there.

I'd suggest folks just change their DNS settings to Google's instead of doing it through your ISP, as that can take up to 20 hours. I did that and it fixed it immediately. I dunno what caused this DNS issue. It's strange and about drove me bonkers.
