Hi everyone! Just need help here! I just bought a new UHD disc Mamma Mia! Here We Go Again, when I tried to rip it with MakeMKV, it keeps saying failed to open the disc, below is the log:

Using direct disc access mode
Evaluation version, 4 day(s) out of 30 remaining
Using LibreDrive mode (v05 id=96929CF53B04)
Saved AACS dump file as C:\Users\roger/.MakeMKV/MKB20_v65_Mamma_Mia!_Here_We_Go_Again_55E1.tgz
The volume key is unknown for this disc - video can't be decrypted
Failed to open disc

Any idea to solve the problem?

Send the file C:\Users\roger/.MakeMKV/MKB20_v65_Mamma_Mia!_Here_We_Go_Again_55E1.tgz to svq@makemkv.com, and try the rip in a few days.
