Already send AACS dump to svq@makemkv.com two days ago。Anybody can help me?Thanks!

Dump file won't help here - Your drive can't read the part of the disk where the AACS information is kept, so MakeMKV doesn't have any way to decrypt the data.

First step would be to clean the disk, even if it "looks perfect just took it out of the package it can't be the disk".
