Transformers 5 Movie Collection UHD disks won't mount

I've tried to use MakeMKV on several of the disks, but they fail to mount on my LG BE16NU50 with a no "disk inserted" error in MakeMKV. I'm on an iMac Pro 10.14.4 MakeMkv 1.14.3. The error code for Transformers Dark of the Moon is DEBUG: Code 0 at Y0L79-M^~TWfA|&v\B7$yn/z=:121263153. There is no log file.

What firmware is on your LG BE16NU50 ? It shows in make mkv post the info or screenshot with sn covered

Have you enabled downloads in MakeMKV settings? Has the latest hashed keys been downloaded?

Thanks everyone for your help.
Since I never had problems with UHD disks before, I tried a disk which had successfully ripped before and it failed. Looking at the Transformer disk, as careful as I normally am, it looks as if it got some hand lotion on it and that clogged the lens.
So I've ordered a blu-ray lens cleaner from Amazon. If anyone has any specific recommendations about the best way to clean the lens would love to hear them.
