Trying to rip the Matrix UHD, and at some point while ripping the disk, I'm getting a hash check error. Below are my device specs. A log of the errors is attached. Any assistance would be appreciated as to getting around this. Thanks.

These are usually signs of a dirty disk. Have you tried cleaning it?
