SO MakeMKV shows me the Option of different "Perspectives" when i open the Blade Runner 2049 UHD-BD.
Here the sample screenshot:

My Question now is, what is the difference between those "Perspectives" and wich one do I rip for the best result?

It sounds like there's different playlists for different language localizations (i.e., one version with billboards and other on-screen text in English, one in French, etc.). Very common in Pixar movies, for example. The linked thread seems to indicate the first angle is English, the second is French, and the rest are ??? Generally I've found you've got to rip and check to see which one you want. My hunch, not having this particular disc, is that it's just localization differences, not a different version of the movie.

It took me some time to figure it out. In part you are correct, they are different Playlists, but not for different Languages. The Blade Runner 4k Blue Ray provides the Movie in different Charakter Perspektives. This means, some scenes are different as they focus on the different Characters im the Movie and thus provide a different Perspective.

Is there a Output code that would add the additional information to the output file name?
Like Perspectives (Camera Angles) to the file name.
Currently using:
Output File Name
{NAME1}{-:CMNT1}{-:DT}{title:+DFLT}{e:M2}

Forget it. I found out, what the differences are.
It's different languages of on-screen text, as handcraftedbits already said.
