The newly-released UHD blu-rays of "How to Train Your Dragon" (2010) and “How to Train Your Dragon 2" (2014) fail to decrypt in the latest version of MakeMKV (1.14.2). The dump files for both films have been sent to svq@makemkv.com.

I just sent dumps too, but it seems like the Makemkv is not pulling the latest version of the hashed keys, I moved my file out of the folder to test and it didn't download a new version. I'm going to try with posted keys_hashed from the sticky, it does have 2 versions of HTTYD 1 & 2 and see if that works.

I think MakeMKV actually consults an online database of hashed keys. The text file is a fallback, and you have to update it manually.

I thought it downloaded the file, I think I remember seeing a status message that it downloaded the latest file. Maybe I’m wrong, hopefully someone can chime in.

The hash key file that is manually downloaded here in the forum is NOT the same file/key list that is updated by the Mike’s online database. One is publicly available and the other is stored within program files and maintained separately.

It’s part of application files not readily accessible.

I was not able to back up How To Train Your Dragon 1 with 1.14.2, though I had success with HTYD 2. Today I had success with the updated version of MakeMKV 1.14.3.
