Hey everyone.

This is a little odd.
I just bought the Jurassic Park 4K 5 disk collection.
Every movie part 2-5 ripped beautifully and with no issues.
Part 1-Jurassic Park I keep getting this:

Saved AACS dump file as C:\Users\Mike/.MakeMKV/MKB20_v61_Jurassic_Park_AD9F.tgz
The volume key is unknown for this disc - video can't be decrypted
Failed to open disc

I've tried it on 2 different LG drives (not USB) and get the same error for both.

First time creating a dump file but it's 576mb's and not too sure what do with it.

Just purchased the same set and have the exact same problem.
Has anyone found a solution?
Has anyone returned the set for a new one and had positive results in ripping the $K disc?

If the dump is too large to email directly, upload to some free cloud file-sharing service (i.e. gdrive) & email link.

Retry disc in a day, or 2. Disc SHOULD then decrypt... patience.

I was able to successfully rip every movie in the Jurassic Park 4K 5 disk collection except the last one - Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom. Getting disc failed to decrypt message. Emailed dump file to svq@makemkv.com.

I submitted my hash dump a few days ago and no bueno . Any suggestions?

I bought my Jurassic Park 4k box set from BestBuy in June 2019
Was able to rip all 5 movies with no issues 2 weeks ago
Is there a possible different box set for Sale now?
