Some indication of the errors you're receiving would be helpful...

Yes, it has been ripped successfully. And as Woodstock implies, simply saying "it does not work" does not help us help you.
Something like this could be useful for us in trying to assist you:

At least one disc was supported as of 10 days ago. It is listed as "JWFK_UPK75". The movie title is not spelled out as most of the other titles.

Those error messages are consistent with the optical drive trying to read a bad sector and the operating system getting impatient (time-out errors).
External USB-powered drives can also get that when they spin too fast for the available power, but I don't remember seeing any USB-powered UHD-capable drives out there.

Thanks. I exchanged it and ripped no problem.

Even with both the current hashed keys, I could not decrypt the bluray (I have the Canadian version if that means anything different).
Sent the dump to
svq@makemkv.com so hopefully a third key should be added soon.

I have a USB powered drive, from what has been said in the thread there is no way UHD can be ripped by one? Bluerays work fine, never had an issue till i attempted 4k disks. Makemkv attempts to read and then returns with no disk detected.

Your drive must be capable of doing BD-XL reads, which most USB drives are not. There are USB housings for SATA drives, which can have a SATA UHD-friendly drive installed.

Well. Almost sounds like you need to start from the beginning.

I too am unsuccessful with braking Jurassic World Fallen Kingdom. The longest title in the list is #14 (2:08:10) which handbrake does by default. The resulting "brake" is only about 5 minutes long (not the entire movie). I've tried doing #14 manually with the same result. All the other titles in the list are under 2 minutes.
Clues?
