Can't Rip 4K After Windows Re-Install. Worked Previously

Hi, I had to do a reformat and reinstall of Windows 10. Before doing this I was able to rip 4K movies without issue using the hashed keys file. Now even with the same setup every 4K title I try is unable to open. For the life of me I can't figure out what is different now that is keeping this from working correctly. I am using version 1.12.0 with most recent hashed keys from 3-21-18. I would greatly appreciate any feedback as to what might be causing this.
