Dear fellow enthusiasts,
First of all, many thanks to this amazing community for your outstanding work and tireless dedication.
I am currently experiencing a “HashCheck Error” with the backup of two UHD titles:
FURIOSA_A_MAD_MAX_SAGA
TRON_ARES
The drive is an LG BH16NS55.AHLU10B flashed with WH16NS60-1.02.
Does anyone have a tip? Other UHD titles are working fine.
I would appreciate any support.
Best regards,
Bergriese

HashCheck Error on some UHD backups
Re: HashCheck Error on some UHD backups
Clean the discs. Hash check failures means the data wasn't read correctly off the disc.
Re: HashCheck Error on some UHD backups
Thank for the fast response.
That was the first thing I tried based on the initial forum search results. I also have a second identical Tron Ares UHD available, and it had the same problem. I also tested a second identical drive.

Re: HashCheck Error on some UHD backups
Don't know what to tell you. Hash Check errors are because the data wasn't read correctly from the disc. So it's either a disc issue or a drive issue.

Re: HashCheck Error on some UHD backups
its just the joys of an lg
i found you need to also power them off when they do this they can get into a weird mode where they will do it on everything until turned off.
you should also clean the disc
i recommend a damp lint free cloth and dry immediately with another to avoid water spots
