I’ve been waiting 4 days for makemkv to decrypt a TGZ file, Xreveal decrypted the same 4k it in 24 hours with no server issues. To me MakeMkv is dead now they take your money and provide a poor service and host their keys on poor Russian servers

Cannot comment on whether or not your system system being able to download from MakeMKV's Russian server or whether Mike has not been able to use your uploaded file to create a key yet. There have been others who submitted key requests in the last few days which have been answered through being able to decrypt files, so it's hard to say.
