The Fast and the Furious UHD - Error in Ripping

Post by mrpandaaa » Sun Apr 20, 2025 9:55 pm

I have attached my debug log in hopes to get help with this disc and the others in the 8 movie collection (hoping they work).

I have a BP50NB40 flashed as a BP60NB10. I have successfully done other 4k UHDs without fail (some needing a 2nd try), but this disk just doesn't seem to want to work. I have tried cleaning it, and I even bought an external USB hub for my drive instead of plugging directly into my laptop thinking it might be a power issue, but i am still getting errors.

Any thoughts?

There are lots of messages like that in your log. Those mean that the drive is having trouble reading a spot(s) on the disc.

If cleaning the disc doesn't help, you might try replacing the disc or trying it in a different drive. In my experience, some drives just don't like some discs. I have more than one drive and when a disc doesn't work in my 'main' drive, I try it one of my other drives. Often, but not always, it works fine in one of the other drives.
