Is my 4K UHD Blu-ray DVD not really 4K after all?

Is it just HD, or am I doing something wrong? This is my first time. And was I supposed to deselect one of those audio tracks or is it okay?

That looks like a blu-ray to me and not the UHD.

My bad, it's only one of the DVDs that's 1920x1080. The main one is 4K UHD after all. Still wondering about the audio files though.

I don't usually keep the core audio myself and opt for the HD audio only. I have rules that I use to deselect the stuff I don't want to keep, and the core audio is one that gets deselected by my rules.
