Having issues ripping this disc. Could you elaborate on what the .tgz code is?

It is a dump of the encryption information on the disk, so that it can be decoded. MakeMKV creates it when it cannot find a key, so that you can forward it (via email to svq@makemkv.com) to be decoded and posted for users.
