Unable to rip my 4k uhd disc - Help please

Tried with few of my personal collection 4k uhds The Thing and not able to do so.
Using brand newly purchased Archgon Premium Aluminum External USB 3.0 UHD 4K Bluray drive for my windows 11 laptop
Have purchased makemkv license.
Connected my drive via USB c to my laptop with a brand new 4K uhd in it.
Opened makemkv and it displays below/attached error and not able to proceed further.
Please let me know if i am missing somethng.
I am 100% sure no issues with disc as same error with all my 4K discs.

Did you manage to get your drive properly flashed?

Your drive must be LibreDrive enabled to rip UHDs.
