Impossible to rip Avengers Endgame UHD

Hello everyone. About 3 days ago I purchased a verbatim 43888 burner to rip my 4k blurays. I haven't had a problem with makemkv either. It read all my records perfectly. But just yesterday I tried to rip Avengers Endgame, it tells me that the key of the disk is unknown and I can't rip it. I was forced to create an iso with imgburn, then load it into dvdfab and rip. (I didn't do everything from my burner because DVD Fab doesn't support it). Since I prefer makemkv a hundred thousand times, can anyone tell me how I can solve it? I would be very grateful. I also tried to make a backup with makemkv but I didn't know how to rebuild the movie's mkv file.
