Avatar- The Way of Water - video can't be decrypted

Hello Everyone,

This is the first time I've ever had this issue so I don't know if there's something that I accidentally missed.

Automatic HK downloading is disabled or failed.
Saved AACS dump file as C:\Users\Andrew/.MakeMKV/MKB20_v77_Avatar-_The_Way_of_Water_C2C8.tgz
The volume key is unknown for this disc - video can't be decrypted
Failed to open disc

I sent the dump file to svq@makemkv.com. Is that still the right email?

Address is correct, but you have other issues. Enable internet in MakeMKV prefs & if that doesn't set things right, try a different DNS server.
