Back To The Future 3 (re: The Ultimate Triology, UHD) - Corrupt or invalid errors?

I'm trying to rip Back To The Future 3 (UHD) from the Ultimate Trilogy disc set.

I was able to rip the 1st and 2nd movies without any issues but this disc has lots of "corrupt or invalid" errors (see attached log).

The disc itself is brand new and doesn't have any scratches or anything on it.

Probably the optical drive is having trouble reading the disc. Even if the disc is brand new and plays fine in a player. Try gently cleaning the disc and give it another go. And/or try a different optical drive if you can.
