Asus BW-16H1HT v3.02 - can't open Bumblebee 4k

Hello Everyone!

I'm new here, and new to the whole ripping & collecting Discs, thanks for the software and all the valuable insight found on this site.

I would like to request any help you might offer with Bumblebee 4k, Amazon version. I've opened and ripped many 4k blu rays but this one doesn't open. I'm currently using Asus BW-16H1HT v3.02.

Not sure what to do at this point.

Using LibreDrive mode (v06.2 id=96929CF53B04)
Using direct disc access mode
Loaded content hash table, will verify integrity of M2TS files.
Saved AACS dump file as C:\Users\mguin/.MakeMKV/MKB20_v68_Bumblebee_160B.tgz
The volume key is unknown for this disc - video can't be decrypted

Hi again,

After doing more research on this forum I noticed there is a post called:
Fixing Volume Key is Unknown

In this post, it is explained that I should Enable the internet access to solve the ''Automatic HK downloading is disabled or failed.''

But I think my problem is something else. Is it possible I have a different version of the movie for which there are no keys yet?

Assuming your MakeMKV is able to download the latest keys, then it is possible that your version is new and hasn't been decrypted. Sometimes later pressings of a movie have a different key. Send in the dump file.

Step one: Send the TGZ file to svq@makemkv.com so that the program's author can create a decryption key for it.
