Glory 4k error

Hi guys-

Keep getting an error w/glory 4k. Saw some posts re: the UK version, but not the US.

I think it's a disc issue: keep getting /BDMV/STREAM/00001.m2ts' is corrupt or invalid at offset 30255151104, attempting to work around

i can't attach the log bc it's too large of a file, even zipped.

I tried submitting to mike but not sure if i did it right.

After the disc failed to open, i found a file called +private+data.tar and within it there was a mkb20_v68_save.tgz. Is that the debug file to email to mike? if not, what type of file is it and where is it located? This was a create mkv attempt and not a disc backup.

Getting the same error on my US 4K UHD copy of 'Glory'...anyone develop a workaround/fix or know what to check? Thx!

UPDATE: Well, mysteriously, 3rd attempt seems to have worked. Strange. Now I just need to figure out my Vertigo and Black Hawk Down UHD fails...
