Forrest Gump 4k 25 Anniversary Edition

I'm having a problem with MakeMKV and the 4K Forrest Gump 25th Anniversary disc.

I've never had this problem before and the disc is spotless... brand new and I've wiped it down a few times just in case.

This is the error I'm getting:

Saved AACS dump file as C:\Users\******/.MakeMKV/MKB20_v61_Forrest_Gump_34E5.tgz
The volume key is unknown for this disc - video can't be decrypted
Failed to open disc

Did you submit the dump file to svq@makemkv.com yet?
