Hey,
First time I have this type of issue with make mkv. Getting a volume key is unknown for this disc. BR comes from amazon.
And is old enough that I would assume it's not an issue with the disc itself.
Not sure what I should do from there.
Here are the debug logs:

Tried again with the latest (1.14.2) and an older version (1.12.3).
Same error both times.

Re: Volume Key Unknown - The Dark Knight Rises
The dump file should be sent to svq@makemkv.com to expedite getting the volume key added. Uploading it here just slows things down.
Also, the file name indicates this is a UHD disk, not a BD.

Re: Volume Key Unknown - The Dark Knight Rises
Yes correct. This is indeed the UHD version of the blu ray.
The thing is, I kind of highly doubt that key needs to be added anywhere. I kind of assumed something else was amiss. That movie being out for so long.
But I can send that tarball to the email too, can't hurt
Thanks!

Re: Volume Key Unknown - The Dark Knight Rises
It does NOT matter how old or new a movie is. Studios release new keys and disc versions/variations for their BDs/movies all the time. They control their BD/movie content as they please, not developers like Mike or individuals like you and I. So, don’t assume. If you get this error submit the dump as instructed by Woodstock for support and make it easy on yourself and others who may have the same variation of the disc as you. No point in posting it here in the forum as that will go nowhere useful.Xaelias wrote: ↑Mon Dec 03, 2018 12:57 amYes correct. This is indeed the UHD version of the blu ray.
