Submitted a couple dumps, haven't seen any new files come down, anyone else seeing the same or just me?

The manual download process (if that is what you are referring to) could bit by bit become the second hand option until officially discontinued by Mike.
Through the automated process there have been recent key updates as recently as yesterday.
