Solo - Fatal error occurred, program will now exit

This happens every time I rip Solo UHD. I get through half of the movie and it gives the following error, "Fatal error occurred, the program will now exit." I have the UHD disk saved to the hard drive as I backed it up the first time it did this straight from the disk. It does it from the backup as well. Any suggestions?

2. Any additional errors on log by any chance?
