Jigsaw (U.S) not ripping

Post by ekpen49 » Sat Feb 17, 2018 6:25 pm

Weird.
I tred this a few times on Ubuntu and also on Windows 64 bit.
It got to the point where the disc opened then :
It spits out a "Java -8-openjdk-amd64 error.
I am not able to send a dump on this, because it did not create one.

Thanks.

It did not create a log file in the mkv home directory.
Also it did not create a dump.
The ripping process stopped after displaying the Java error.
I know the volume key for this title is included in the latest harsh txt file,
note that I tried same ripping under Windows.

Make sure you have Debug log enabled in the preferences, and then post the log, otherwise there is no way for anyone to see what is happening and help solve your issue.

Are you using the latest version of Java?

What version of 64 bit Windows are you running? 7? 8? 10?

Is it only this UHD giving this error, or does this problem happen with other UHDs as well?

(Also remember to check if a thread exists before making a new one: http://makemkv.com/forum2/viewtopic.php?f=12&t=17033)
