MKB v82 - Unknown disc - Dump submission

#1 Post by alice » Wed Sep 24, 2025 3:30 am

Hello,

I'm submitting a dump file for a Blu-ray disc that uses a newer AACS version not currently supported by MakeMKV.

MakeMKV version: 1.18.1
Disc title: Unknown
Dump file name: MKB_v82_EMPB_5031_3_EEBC.tgz

The disc failed to open and showed a message about a newer AACS version. Please let me know if you need any more information.

Thank you!

If you want to help the community and have a key added to the public KeyDB, you need to host the dump somewhere and provide a download link here.
Cheers :D

This is a BD disc, not a UHD disc, yet you posted in the UHD disc section!

Did you email the dump to svq@makemkv.com? If not, please do so, otherwise it won't get added to MakeMKV's hashed keys database.

Also, a record for your disc is already in the public KeyDB file. If you donwload it and put it in your MakeMKV data directory (where the dumps are found) you should be able to rip it.
Cheers :D
